Workshop - Lori Holt Day - Friday, May 22

On Lori Holt Day, I will teach you how to make a Lori Holt quilt. It can be any Lori Holt quilt, as long as it is made using the Sew Simple Shapes. You will learn how to navigate Lori Holt's blog and understand the purpose of the Sew Along Guide. I will show you how to work with the Sew Simple Shapes and the Sew In Interfacing. This method of creating appliqués (using the sewing machine) gives a beautifully puffed effect to your appliqués.

You will also learn practical ways to position your appliqués nicely on the background and how to finally secure them by hand.

The workshop includes coffee/tea with a treat and lunch.

Materials are not included.
